FAITH IS THE VICTORY

“I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.” Psalm 27:13

When going through a season of trials, it can be tempting to start asking the question, “What did I do wrong?” Although a little “spiritual-inventory” is a good thing, don’t automatically assume that because things seem chaotic that you’ve done something wrong. The devil is attacking you because of your FAITH! He hates your faith because he knows that your faith is your victory! The enemy is out to steal, kill and destroy you by trying to devour your faith. Remember, he doesn’t care what he has to throw at you; his mission is to talk you out of believing. Your faith quenches all the fiery darts of the wicked one (Ephesians 6:16), so if he can get you to stop believing God’s love and care for you, he can short-circuit the good things God has planned for your life.

So, don’t give up! Hang in there and keep believing! As today’s scripture encourages, believing God’s promises of good will keep you from losing heart. Stand strong in faith in the midst of trial and behold the glory of God’s deliverance!
